The vaccination pass and the negative result of a PCR test of less than 48 hours will be required for travelers wishing to access the national territory. A rapid test for passengers is also planned upon arrival at Morocco’s airports. Here is the health protocol adopted by the government after the reopening of the borders scheduled for February 7, 2022. The government announces a series of measures and provisions to guarantee the implementation of its decision to reopen the borders to flights from and to Morocco . These are: The obligation to present the vaccination pass and the negative result of a PCR test within 48 hours, before boarding the plane for all travelers wishing to access the national territory; Carrying out rapid tests for passengers upon arrival at the Kingdom’s airports; Performing PCR tests for groups of travelers randomly upon arrival. The latter will be informed of the results later. In this regard, all the equipment and human, health, security and administrative resources necessary for the success of these operations will be put in place. The possibility of carrying out an additional test at the hotel or at the residence center for tourists, after 48 hours of their entry into the national territory. The implementation of special measures for positive cases:. The obligation for normal positive cases to observe sanitary confinement in the places of their residences, while subjecting them to careful monitoring. Transfer of difficult and critical positive cases to hospitals to receive the necessary care.
